Well I’m not sure yet about Puncture Safe!! But Dave’s cooking is amazing!! Dave and Dani very kindly let me stop over at their house in Northampton and Dave cooked some lovely Indian food all from scratch last nite.

Dave Matthew’s has a company called www.pro-edge.co.uk and today is installing Puncture Safe tyre gel to stop punctures and help look after the tires. I have never used this product before and was apprehensive about trying it as I’ve heard all the horror stories of it causing more trouble, but the royal mail are using it so I’ll give it a try, the road surfaces are so bad in the East that i think it will be a good thing. Dave and Dani have been ever so kind to me during my stay and i didn’t want to go but a ferry was waiting so at about 3.45 p.m i was on the road to Dover to get the 8 p.m Norfolk Line sailing to Dunkerque in France.

I took a few pictures in the dock area and sat quietly doing work on my computer, because if you know me I normally talk to everyone but I’m enjoying the peace and quite getting away from everything in the UK.

At 11.15 p.m I’m on the Autoroute and I’ve decided to stop on the Belgium border at a cafe I know called Cafe Cannes, I found a spot virtually in a field to sleep and had a really good night’s sleep, nothing disturbed me.
